About This Job

Driving opportunities are available for motivated team drivers wanting to see the country and earn an income at the same time with FedEx Custom Critical and Hyfield Trucking.
Hyfield Trucking proudly services FedEx Custom Critical with trucks and drivers. At this time, we are looking for established teams (2 people, no solo drivers) to drive one of our custom sleeper straight trucks.

All of our trucks come equipped with either 2 beds for non-same household teams or one full size bed for same household teams (whichever style you prefer), kitchens with sinks, microwave/convection oven, full size rv refrigerator, direct tv in motion satellite, APU/Generators with rooftop A/C. The trucks are all automatic transmission, air ride and have lift gates for extra earning potential.

We also provide steps to increase your earnings and growth within our fleet with our industry leading peer to peer mentor program. Performance bonus and incentives are offered.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
We require our drivers the following:
1. Have a clean driving record, 1 preventable accident, up to 2 moving violations allowed in past 36 months (3 years)
2. Be willing to stay out 21 days before returning for a 7-day home time. Teams may stay in service longer to increase their income.
3. Obtain a class B CDL license with airbrake and hazmat endorsements
4. Obtain a passport (not required but highly recommended)
5. Bring a professional attitude. We provide the trucks with a lease to you the driver. We are not your boss but rather business partners in trucking. We will guide you as little or as much as you want or need.
