ENGINE: Cummins ISM330. NO DEF The engine is equipped with an EGR, NO DEF. I have installed an OPS-1 oil filtering system. The truck has many new parts that have been installed over the years, such as a starter, alternator, fan clutch and air bags, there are too many to list. I will provide the new owner the maintenance records for the last 10 years that I have owned the truck. TRANSMISSION: Eaton Fuller 10 speed automatic. The transmission has been almost completely rebuilt over the years, it has a new clutch, XY shifter, cooler, sensors, seals and gaskets. BRAKES: 3 sets of brake shoes and drums (both rears one front) were replaced last year (2023). They have 26,000 miles on them. The other fronts are fine. TIRES: Both fronts were replaced when the brakes were put on, the driver side rears are at 75% and the passenger side tires are at 50%. There is a mounted spare in the tire rack. BATTERIES: All 4 batteries were replaced last year (2023) two in the summer and two in the winter. APU: HAS REALLY LOW HOURS...ONLY 6,100. The air and heat work great, the igniter and screen have been replaced on the bunk heater. The alternator has been rebuilt, a new belt installed, I also have a spare belt. I installed a new power inverter in 2023 it has a 1500/3000 watt. SOLAR PANELS: There are two solar panels, converter, separate battery box for solar system (no batteries for solar are included and no separate inverter is included). TRUCK BOX: 22' box with an aluminum roof. 14' of the floor has been rebuilt with new steel ribs and wood, with 8" centers on the ribs for added strength. All of the wood has water sealant. The ribs were installed with caulking between the metal and the wood to prevent moisture between them. The wood seams were also caulked. The truck frame and box steel were cleaned and painted. The rear dock steel frame/bumper were also replaced. I have over $14,000 in labor and parts in these repairs. This work was done in April 2023. There are two side boxes underneath the truck. I also have the upper bunk frame/platform, if someone wants to re-install it themselves to make it a 2 bunk sleeper, the cabinets are easily removable. I have over $2,000 worth of extra parts and supplies that are NOT included in the price of the truck, (but can be negotiated) these include: new brake parts, lights, belts, and other parts. Other supplies include, pallet jack, load bars, straps, blankets, tire changing tools, tire irons, jack, lug wrench, bead breaker and also air tank bead setter. Someone may want all or just some of these items. This truck is clean inside and out. It has been operated in the TN, North GA/AL and Southern KY area for the last 6 years. The truck is based out of Tennessee. The truck has had almost no road salt exposure during this time. Thank you
